Nurse Nas — clinically known as Nasim Sina, RN — founded NASAESTHETICS to bring something the med spa industry has been missing: aesthetic medicine practiced like real medicine. Lab-informed protocols, conservative dosing, single-practitioner continuity, and a relentless focus on results that look like you, never someone else.
Trained as a Registered Nurse and credentialed in advanced aesthetic technique, Nas combines clinical rigor with artistic restraint. Before any treatment, she reviews your bloodwork — because skin quality and how a face ages are downstream of inflammation, hormones, micronutrients, and thyroid function. The labs tell her what to treat, what to delay, and what to address with protocols beyond the syringe.
Every appointment is one-on-one with Nas. No technicians, no rotating injectors, no upsells. Just a quiet space, an honest consultation, and a plan built around your face, your biology, and your timeline.

Why we start
with bloodwork.
Most med spas inject. Nurse Nas asks for labs first. The reasoning is simple: skin is the body's largest organ, and how it responds to treatment is a direct function of what's happening internally — inflammation, hormones, micronutrient status, thyroid function, and metabolic health.
When a client comes in with dull complexion, slow filler integration, premature volume loss, or unexplained pigmentation, the answer is almost never just "more filler." Bloodwork reveals the upstream cause — and once that's addressed, the treatments work better, last longer, and look more natural.
