Is this a medical practice?
Yes. NASAESTHETICS is run by Nasim Sina, a board-certified Registered Nurse trained and credentialed in advanced aesthetic injection. Every product used is FDA-approved, and every visit follows medical-grade protocols.
Do I have to commit to treatment at my consultation?
Never. Every appointment begins with a real conversation. If treatment is right for you and you'd like to proceed same-day, we can — but it's entirely your call. Many clients consult first, treat later.
How do you keep results natural-looking?
Restraint. We dose lightly and build up gradually rather than chase a dramatic before/after. The goal is that no one can identify what you had done — only that you look refreshed.
How long do treatments last?
Neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport): 3–4 months typical. Dermal filler: 9–18 months depending on the area and product. Microneedling results are cumulative across a series and maintained with periodic touch-ups.
Is there downtime?
Most neuromodulator and filler appointments have minimal downtime — light pinpoint redness at most, sometimes mild bruising at injection sites. Microneedling has 24–48 hours of pink complexion. We review specifics in the consultation.
How are prices structured?
We discuss pricing transparently in the consultation. Neuromodulators are priced per unit, filler per syringe, microneedling per session with package pricing for series. We never upsell — you'll only get a plan that fits your goals.
Do you take insurance?
Aesthetic treatments are typically not covered by insurance. We accept all major cards, ACH, and most contactless payment methods at the studio.
What if I have a reaction?
All products used are FDA-approved with well-characterized safety profiles. Mild side effects (bruising, swelling) are common and resolve quickly. We provide direct contact for follow-up and complications protocols, and we coordinate with your physician if needed.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely — many first-time clients bring a partner or friend to consultations. The space accommodates one companion comfortably.
